925 g tepung terigu, halus

40 g ragi

20 g garam

25 ml minyak zaitun

Persiapan

Dalam air hangat, ragi dan minyak zaitun dengan garam dan gula larut. Kemudian tambahkan tepung dan Uleni adonan halus. Biarkan, Uleni bersama-sama dan tertutup di lemari es 2 hari cuti pergi setengah jam di tempat hangat.
